Wide area coverage from :

GB7AC has good coverage to the north with reception as far round the cost as Gourock outdoor pool, even with a hand held. Across the Clyde there is full coverage into Dunoon, Cove and Sandbank for both mobile and handheld.

To the West  the islands of Bute, Cumbrae and Arran all have direct line of sight to the repeater with a large part of the Kintyre Peninsula also covered from Tarbert down to Grogport.

To the South we have had excellent reports from Largs, Fairlie, West Kilbride, Seamill, Ardrossan, Saltcoats and Stevenson. Further south towards Ayr the repeater can also be accessed from the Carrick hills.

Reception to the East is poor due to the hills in Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park.

There will likely be some wider coverage around Argyle and Bute area including the islands of Islay and Jura. We would welcome reports from some of these lesser populated areas.
